Graphic design work

We will need your hi-res logo if we do not already have it.  PLEASE NOTE- if the design is for print based work, a small logo or lo-res .jpg will not work!  Print files are produced at a much higher resolution than your computer screen so even though it looks big enough on your screen doesn’t mean it’s big enough on a printed file.

Acceptable file formats are anything transparent like .png, .eps, .gif, .ai, .psd, .pdf (as long as it’s transparent).  If ALL you have is a .jpg we can probably make it work but more time may be required to fix the file.  We’ll also need any hi-res images you want to use in the graphic and WORD FOR WORD copy you want used as well.  Specify if you want to include contact info such as address, website, email, phone, etc.

Website Designs

What we will need before any work can begin if we’re using your hosting account is your hosting account login and password (from Godaddy or whoever) AND your FTP login and password.  These are 2 different logins/ passwords and we will need both. If you don’t have them on file, contact your old web guy or your hosting company, they can provide them for you.

If you will be using our web hosting services, I will need your login/ password for your domain account (your http:whatever.com) so I can point your domain to our hosting account.

Facebook/ Twitter Social Networking

We’ll obviously need your Facebook or Twitter login/ password.  If  we will be hired to perform daily updates we’ll need your weekly drink/ food specials, upcoming events calendars, or anything else that you want to announce or promote on your Facebook/ Twitter accounts.
